Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. Through the Costco Auto program, I was able to get an affordable starting price on my new car. Aaron was my auto dealer and he was tremendous. He was professional, answered all my questions, didn’t try to “up sale” me at all. The price he gave me over the phone was the same price on all my paperwork. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and overall service I received. Throughout the entire process, I was the one consistently having to follow up just to get updates on my vehicle. This is not the standard I expect from a professional service provider.

Our sales person Jonathan Maldonado was absolutely wonderful and the way he handled all the business parts and he demonstrated a very kind way of dealing with everything. He went out of his way to please us. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help us do this ordeal the signing of the papers got done, but it took a lot of time and a lot of waiting and I’m not sure that’s anybody’s fault but probably not having enough people doing the job in general I would say I’m happy with everything.

We didn’t think that was a big deal because we thought we could purchase a spare but Ford makes getting a spare more cost prohibitive than other car companies.
