Ended up driving over 100 miles to purchase my Ford F-250 at Capitol Ford. I spoke with several local dealerships before ultimately choosing to make the drive, and I’m glad I did. While my experience was top notch, I want to give special recognition to my salesman, Robert. Texted several times over the course of a week or so. Solid and clear communication and was never pushy in providing answers to my varied questions. I highly recommend Capitol Ford, and suggest you speak with Robert when visiting the dealership.
I love my car and most of my experience. I still haven't received my second key fob or the key to unlock the handles to step up to reach the top of the car.

Through the Costco Auto program, I was able to get an affordable starting price on my new car. Aaron was my auto dealer and he was tremendous. He was professional, answered all my questions, didn’t try to “up sale” me at all. The price he gave me over the phone was the same price on all my paperwork. And in the end, that was my biggest worry going into buying a car for the first time in 15 yrs. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication and overall service I received. Throughout the entire process, I was the one consistently having to follow up just to get updates on my vehicle. This is not the standard I expect from a professional service provider.
When I initially completed my service paperwork, I clearly indicated that I had a warranty. However, when I finally received the diagnostic report, I was told that my warranty information had not been provided. Our sales person Jonathan Maldonado was absolutely wonderful and the way he handled all the business parts and he demonstrated a very kind way of dealing with everything. He went out of his way to please us. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help us do this ordeal the signing of the papers got done, but it took a lot of time and a lot of waiting and I’m not sure that’s anybody’s fault but probably not having enough people doing the job in general I would say I’m happy with everything.

Overall it was a good experience but after we purchased the car we were told there was only one key. We didn’t think that was a big deal because we thought we could purchase a spare but Ford makes getting a spare more cost prohibitive than other car companies.
